Hot 26 & Flow- This is our JALA Flow...created by founder, Lauren Ippolito, to balance the postures for the body. This class combines the traditional Hot 26 poses with Vinyasa style poses. While Hot 26 is a set series of postures, Vinyasa is a flow using breath to move. This is a great combo! Flow, balance, lengthen, and strengthen your body and mind. This class can be geared for all levels due to the accessibility of the Hot 26 poses and modifications that can be made during Vinyasa. Practiced in a heated 103° room with 40% humidity.
Hot Vinyasa Flow- Vinyasa synchronizes movement with breathing. These fluid pose to pose transitions will energize you and enhance a state of meditation and mindfulness. Great for toning, strength, stamina and flexibility. Practiced in a heated 103° room with 40% humidity. All levels welcome.
Led Ashtanga Primary Series - Practiced in a 95 degree room. This is a vigorous style of yoga that synchronizes the breath and follows a specific series of postures. It generates intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs and improves circulation. Develop a light strong body and a calm mind. Great for the more physically minded yogis among us! Please have experience with yoga before attending.
Hot Happy Hour- Get a new take on "Happy Hour"...This music themed yoga flow will prepare you for your weekend ahead. The class theme will change each week (80's, 90's, Rock, Hip Hop, etc.). Don't worry, you will still flow, balance, lengthen, and strengthen your body and mind, but you might want to dance a little too!

Hot Pilates Fusion- Practiced in 103 degree room. Based off our Strength and Stability class created by Lauren Ippolito, this 50-Minute barefoot and heated workout will leave you sweaty and toned... Fusing together functional weighted exercises like squats, lunges, bicep curls with Pilates exercises to maximize core strength. We will be utilizing dumbbells, Pilates Rings, resistance/booty bands, ankle weights, and Pilates balls..
Hot Gentle Flow-Take a moment to slow down from the crazy fast paced day and relax with us! This follows the structure of a traditional Vinyasa flow but at a much slower pace. Hold poses for longer and have time to deepen the pose, find alignment and the breath. All levels welcome.
Warm Stretch & Restore-Created and taught by LuAnn aka Mama Jala...This creative class will leave you aligned, lengthened and relaxed. Slowly move through stretches and gentle flows using tons of props like block, blankets, bamboo bars, and bands. Finish with long held restorative yoga poses and cool lavender towels for Savasana. The space will be slightly warm, due to previous classes, please dress in layers to be prepared.
Take this class by itself or pair it with a more rigorous yoga class from the morning choices. All levels welcome.
Warm YinYang-Practiced in a warm 95° room...Best of both worlds! This Vinyasa flow is geared toward all levels and anyone looking for a slower moving class in a less heated room. These fluid pose to pose transitions will energize you and enhance a state of meditation and mindfulness. This class will transition from a flow into longer held Yin poses. These longer held poses balance out the flow of energy through our meridians creating a sense of general wellbeing and ease. Yin yoga helps get deep into the connective tissue and fascia increasing flexibility and reducing stress. Lastly, the instructor will melt you into a vibrational peaceful Savasana using the Crystal Sound Bowls. Sound healing is extremely beneficial and relaxing.
Warm Candlelit Yin-Beautifully lit by candlelight, the instructor will guide you through a relaxing series of Yin Yoga Poses. These poses are held for longer periods of 3-5 minutes and balance out the flow of energy through our meridians creating a sense of general wellbeing and ease. Yin yoga helps get deep into the connective tissue and fascia increasing flexibility and reducing stress. Please bring a bolster, yoga mat, water, and hand towel to class.
Meditation- Refers to a broad variety of practices that include techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy and life force and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness. The ultimate goal aims at effortlessly sustained single-pointed concentration meant to enable its practitioner to enjoy an indestructible sense of well-being while engaging in any life activity. Meditation is often used to clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety.
What is Jala???
Jala in Sanskrit translates to a cleansing water. All our classes are based off of this flow of water to transform and heal our bodies and minds. The "J" is pronounced like we do in the English language.
