Hot Vinyasa Flow- Vinyasa synchronizes movement with breathing. These fluid pose to pose transitions will energize you and enhance a state of meditation and mindfulness. Great for toning, strength, stamina and flexibility. Practiced in a heated 103° room with 40% humidity. All levels welcome.
Ashtanga Vinyasa - This will be practiced in a 94 degree room. This is a vigorous style of yoga that synchronizes the breath and follows a specific series of postures. It generates intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs and improves circulation. Develop a light and strong body and a calm mind. Great for the more physically minded yogis among us! All levels welcome.
Hot 26 & Flow- This is our JALA Flow...created by founder, Lauren Ippolito, to balance the postures for the body. This class combines the traditional Hot 26 poses with Vinyasa style poses. While Hot 26 is a set series of postures, Vinyasa is a flow using breath to move. This is a great combo! Flow, balance, lengthen, and strengthen your body and mind. This class can be geared for all levels due to the accessibility of the Hot 26 poses and modifications that can be made during Vinyasa. Practiced in a heated 103° room with 40% humidity.
Hot 26 & 2 EXPRESS- Express meaning 60 minutes instead of the traditional 90 minutes. Hot 26 is a system of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is performed in a specific sequence and order to flush out the systems of the body, all while creating flexibility, focus, strength, and endurance. It is practiced in a heated room (103 degrees with 40% humidity). Balance, lengthen, and strengthen your body and mind. This class can be geared for all levels due to the accessibility of the Hot 26 poses and modifications that can be made at any time.
Sunrise Flow-For all the early risers...Early morning practice set to smooth beats with an emphasis on sun salutations, lateral opening and getting your body in the flow for the day ahead. Flow, balance, lengthen, and strengthen your body and mind. Practiced in a heated 103° room with 40% humidity.
Happy Hour Yoga Flow- Get a new take on "Happy Hour"...This music themed yoga flow will prepare you for your weekend ahead. The class theme will change each week (80's, 90's, Rock, Hip Hop, etc.). Don't worry, you will still flow, balance, lengthen, and strengthen your body and mind, but you might want to dance a little too!

Candlelit Yin-Beautifully lit by candlelight, the instructor will guide you through a relaxing series of Yin Yoga Poses. These poses are held for longer periods of 3-5 minutes and balance out the flow of energy through our meridians creating a sense of general wellbeing and ease. Yin yoga helps get deep into the connective tissue and fascia increasing flexibility and reducing stress. Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, water, and hand towel to class.
Strength & Stability- Practiced in 94 degree room. This speciality class was created by the founder, Lauren Ippolito. This class combines power yoga, pilates, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and low impact exercises to give you a great workout. Some light weights, booty bands, resistance bands, and Pilates rings will be used. Be ready to get long lean muscles, a strong core, and banging glutey.
Meditation- Refers to a broad variety of practices that include techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy and life force and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness. The ultimate goal aims at effortlessly sustained single-pointed concentration meant to enable its practitioner to enjoy an indestructible sense of well-being while engaging in any life activity. Meditation is often used to clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety.
WARM Beginner Basics Workshop- We offer these occasionally. Check the schedule to find out when the next one is. Great for anyone BRAND NEW TO YOGA! We know you have to start somewhere! This class will be practiced in a WARM 95° room and based on the basics of yoga. All levels and all injuries welcome. Come acclimate to the heated room and leave feeling like your entire body and mind got a massage.
What is Jala???
Jala in Sanskrit translates to a cleansing water. All our classes are based off of this flow of water to transform and heal our bodies and minds. The "J" is pronounced like we do in the English language.
