  • NEW TO YOGA?
At this time we do not have classes strictly geared toward beginners, however we occasionally offer Beginner Basic Workshops and we have classes that we recommend for the newer yoga practitioner. These classes are all levels geared towards all practitioners. Some classes are slower paced and warm which give you a chance to get used to the heat. Please see see our recommendations below.

Mondays 6pm Warm All Level
This class is not as hot as our heated classes but you will still sweat! While this still is not considered "easy", the instructor offers many options, modifications, and levels making it accessible to anyone. Taking a Child's Pose or Cat/Cow and skipping a Vinyasa are all wonderful options when you are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted in these classes.

Tuesdays 5:30pm Hot Vinyasa (Starting Soon 1/31)
This class is a heated class, however the pace is slower than our other classes. While this is still not considered "easy", the instructor offers many options, modifications, and levels making it accessible to most. Taking a Child's Pose or Cat/Cow and skipping a Vinyasa are all wonderful options when you are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted in these classes.

Wednesdays 6pm Warm Yang Yin
This class is not as hot as our heated classes but you will still sweat! The beginning of this class you warm up with a Vinyasa Flow (YANG) and then go into longer held poses (YIN). While this is still not considered "easy", the instructor offers many options, modifications, and levels making it accessible to most. Taking a Child's Pose or Cat/Cow and skipping a Vinyasa are all wonderful options when you are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted in these classes.

Sundays 5:30pm Candlelight Yin
Bring your sweatshirts for this one! This class is the coolest temperature of all our classes. You will move very slowly through the Yin poses, holding each pose from 3-5 minutes. While this is still not considered "easy", the instructor offers many options, modifications, and levels making it accessible to most. Taking a Child's Pose or Cat/Cow are wonderful options when you are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted in these classes. We recommend dressing in layers as it is a cooler class, but the poses being held for long periods will gently warm the body.
